The person on the other end is always a foreign-sounding person (India?) who says they are with "Local Business Services" and want to update a listing for a business.  Just **** up.  They always refuse to leave a name and number and will call despite the United States FTC Do Not Call list.  I am afraid they work outside of the reach of the Estados Unidos...

at 12:14 PM on 5/31/2011 (a Holdiay) a male caller asked if this was MA Barker Bookkeeping. I answered yes it is. Then he asked if I was the owner. I answer yes I am. With that he ***g up. I suspect this was a slammed call to sign me up for so****ing I don't want. Tricky, unscrupulous and dishonest. I'll be looking for unwanted charges on my phone bill. Please put a stop to this crook.
