Told won $500,000 and needed to pay taxes.

The caller from this number identified their self as being from our electrical utility company. They said our power would be shut off for non-payment. We have an auto-debit from our checking account so not possible.

Celluser Calls cell and does not leave message.

The person on the other end is always a foreign-sounding person (India?) who says they are with "Local Business Services" and want to update a listing for a business.  Just **** up.  They always refuse to leave a name and number and will call despite the United States FTC Do Not Call list.  I am afraid they work outside of the reach of the Estados Unidos...
