Offered a tattoo promotion using the name of an artist I follow, who does legitimate tattoo promotions. I have entered raffles with the legitimate artists in San Antonio, TX. This scammer used a fake account, posing as the actual artist. Asked for a down payment of $150

Someone texted asking if I was their secretary...? Weird.
