It is a CL&P number, I don't use their service so it's unclear why they called.
Didn't answer, no message left
This number is legitimately a CL&P attempt to locate someone who owes them money based on the phone number they have on record. I called their main number 800 947-200 and weaved through the menus to talk to someone about it. They had my number associated with 3 different addresses and at least one of them (not mine) was delinquent. Do yourself a favor and call them up to disassociate your number from the delinquent customer's address. It may stop this and many other harrassment calls in the future.
