A telemarketer calls a phone without knowing who the owner of the phone is hon. This is beginning to get annoying, they've called 5 times within the past few days and whenever I answer they **** up. I call back, they tell me to enter my pin number. I don't have a pin number. Simply add this number to the list of blocked numbers via your phone company.

when i answer the phone the callers says "i would like to talk to the owner of this phone"...when asked who is calling he speaks so quickly like he doesn't want you to know. All i can make out is Grant _________. who calls a phone without knowing whos phone it is?
