this number called trying to force an elderly person into giving credit card info and purchasing books

A telemarketer calls a phone without knowing who the owner of the phone is hon. This is beginning to get annoying, they've called 5 times within the past few days and whenever I answer they **** up. I call back, they tell me to enter my pin number. I don't have a pin number. Simply add this number to the list of blocked numbers via your phone company.
