Stating I am being billed for survives not rendered

He addressed me by my name and said that he just wanted to check back with me about my address (which he listed accurately). Said "any thoughts about if you'd sell it?"

This number calls me daily and when I answer the phone they **** up! Tried to call the number back and a recording comes on saying the call cannot be completed as dialed.

DS Voicemail stated Never got response from you. So it has been considered as an intentional fraud and lawsuit has been filed under your name by the United States Government. You may call our department number on 864-642-1419. I repeat it's 8646421419 Thank you

12/30/2015 As another comment, someone who wanted me to verify my address AND has my full social security number they wanted verified. But would not tell me who they were or what they were calling about.

This seems like a crank or bill collector, but they don't reference anything. I think by calling back I could be charged.

Probably a collections agency known as ARS or Advanced Recovery Systems. Called looking for my ex-husband - I haven't seen him in over four years and we haven't lived together in twelve. Not sure how they got my number for him!
