I had one of these 'civil lawsuit' calls. So I checked the court house and they laughed. 2nd time they called, I informed them the US Marshalls were going to pay them a visit and arrest them for threatening phone calls over the state lines. They disappeared real fast.

Said had 30 days to respond about civil suit.

Said a civil suit had been filed and had 30 days to respond

That a complaint had been filed and it was notification. I don’t know what it is you can’t trust anything anymore
