I had one of these 'civil lawsuit' calls. So I checked the court house and they laughed. 2nd time they called, I informed them the US Marshalls were going to pay them a visit and arrest them for threatening phone calls over the state lines. They disappeared real fast.

the above was the # (Honea Path, SC) in the caller ID with a request for a return call to be made to 866-370-4040. The offer was made to discuss prequalification for forgiveness on student loans- while the program lasts
