They caked and asked me to confirm my name I did then asked to confirm address I said I won't give that info out over the phone so they ended the call... It said it was a recorded call... Very odd. Probably a scam but I don't know add they wouldn't give me the nature of the call first.

They keep calling for a guy named Charles (who I do not know) and refuse to stop. Sometimes the calls are automated, sometimes it's a person. Either way, the calls will NOT stop even after I try to explain to the person speaking little to no English that I don't know a Charles and he can't be reached on my cellphone.
JTENN It's Capitol Restoration Knoxville, TN. Roofing vultures for sure, as in home or business roofing, etc. They seldom stop calling even when politely asked to, and appear to ignore both the Tenn and National Do Not Call Registers.
