My wife called 1-866-241-9027 representing Microsoft Corporation US, they demanded $150 to resolve a reported problem but did not verify their name or what Company they were with. Her PC is locked up!
Called my cell at 11:20 PM Said there was a voice mail, the voice mail was only static.
Automated call telling you to call back otherwise your Microsoft Windows Services will be stopped and you will not able to use your computer. Please call urgent at Security Department on toll free 1-866-241-7340". Recorded message - Sounds like a scam to me!

Loan collectors. Not sure how they got my number. The debtor is an estranged cousin who has same last name as I.. Not my debt and they continue to call... I get at least 3 VM's a day from these people... Very annoying!!!
Claims to be "Plaza Recovery" but won't give me any more information about who they are unless I give them either the last 4 of my social or my date of birth. They say "by law they can't" tell me anything about who they are until I verify this information. If they are legit, and they know all my info, they can send me so****ing by mail.

Anonymous A lady named Jessica called my mom whom I have not lived with in over 14 years. She told her she was from a law firm and they were filing a pe***ion if they don't hear from me. They gave my mom details about the debt from a payday advance loan and a case# that I needed to reference when calling back. How in the world did these people get my moms number? I feel horrible b/c now they are harrassing her to get to me. I have tried called back numerous times to give them my number in hopes they would stop calling my mom and I can not get a hold of anyone or get a return call.
