I saw it on another site where this scam caller says and knows your name and address and needs to know if you still live there because they have legal do***ents that you need to sign for. and to call the 8663217689 and give them the reference number they give you... dont call its a scam

When you call this number you get a recording that says "Welcome to Amazon..first we need to verify your account number via text message and it only takes a second. I've got your number as ..."(I ***g up). There are numerous complaints about this issue on the internet.

This number is a hoax. 1-866-321-8192. I am turning this over to the attorney general’s office.
Calling about someone else who use to have this number told them was to me but they just keep calling.
When you return their call, the person on the other end had a really strong accent like the call is originating from India. He wanted money, and said I would have to pay so authorities don't come, & pick me up.

Cool story bro. This phone number was provided in an email conversation insisting I call that refused to tell me why I should call. Someone using the name "Paul Taylor" claiming to be from Premium Retail used that number in the hopes of having me call him about a job that could not possibly be described in an email.

This is from Power Net Global Communications. They will do call harrasment, when you owe only $5.95 on phone bill. They don't care that they will get their money next month, for maybe $11.89. They don't wait on your money, even if less than $5.
