Rusty Hogan They say they are U.S.A. Advertising Consulting, then i listen to taped 3 minute profile of what they do. I ended up with Dave Heath and he profiled how i would spend they options 299/399/499 the more the dollars the more companies they would have for me to represent on there designed web pages. When I stated asking questions as to why I needed to decided now how much to spend he got aggressive and wanted a decision now I said no he told me he was wasting hos time and ***g up on me

calls address where I have not resided in eight years, no identification on the caller ID (which I thought was being outdated, and should be illegal)a person answers the phone and offers to take a message, then the person says "no, I'll just call back later".
