cluephone The calls are from Wells Fargo, and I agree that they are extremely annoying. Our mortgage is with Wells Fargo, but until today (after their harassment), we had no interest in refinancing, since our home will be paid off soon. I was nice to the first guy who called, and told him if we had any interest in ever refinancing WE would call THEM, and I asked him NICELY to remove us from their calling list. They have called every day since then! Today the "gentleman" (I'm using that term loosely) informed me that my HUSBAND needed to tell them to stop calling. He picked the wrong woman to pull that card on. My husband DID call them (because he was irate at the way I was treated) - to tell them to stop the calls, as well as to inform them that we WILL be refinancing - but NOT with Wells Fargo! I will shout from the rooftops how rude these folks are - and I will not give them another dime of mortgage interest! If the way I was spoken to reflects their "customer service", it's obvious they will soon have a host of FORMER CUSTOMERS!!!
