Hey it's Susan I'm calling you from tax health center um can you give me a call back at 866-346-0009 um it's regarding your back income tax debt I've got some great news for you with some new changes of taking affect and I just wanted to discuss your repayment or illumination options um it's imperative that I speak to you just as soon as possible

Can eliminate and help lower payback in taxes that are due based on new tax laws in effect. Susan advised she is with Tax Help Center and to call back so she can discuss my options. Must be a scam as we don't owe any back taxes and never filed an extension on our taxes every year. Susan came in on my phone from a number, 239-235-0688. She asked that I call 866-346-0009 immediately.

Sounded like a tax settlement company. Message was made to sound like a new law came into effect that could reduce or eliminate a tax debt, and stated I needed to call back right away. Obviously, this is a scam or phising expedition as I don't owe any back taxes.

Could help or eliminate tax that are due.

Three calls so far, and a computer voice says, "To immediately hear your message, press any key." When I do, the call ends.

Recorded message says press any key to get your message.  Unlike others previously I have not got any pictures developed or done at Walmart and they are calling my cell phone.  My home and cell #'s are unlisted and on the do not call list and they call several times a day

I had pictures done at Walmart 2 days ago and they have called for 2 days.  I'm glad to now know who it was.  I only wish that I were home because I would like to answer the survey.

Its called "picture me perfect" they are a photo studio most common in Wal- Marts

Got pics done @ Walmart 12/15/08, have gotten a call from this number 3 times and they hang up every time I pick up my phone. I called the number back and got a pre-recorded msg stating that they were sorry they missed my call and they would only try 3 times to get a hold of me. How annoying!

Its a customer service representative from the Walmart Portrait studio.  They call usually a day after you have pictures done to do a survey.

Call mult times a day and ask for norma. when i tell them there is no norma available and ask who is calling they just hang up.

received call today 7/2/08 regarding aol acct biling info. *69 displayed this number,. Suspect Phishing since my acct is in order.

After 40 calls from this number over 5 days, I have now been free for 3 days (knock on wood).  I noticed after the first two calls that it would hang up before my answering machine would pick up on the fifth ring so I changed it to pick up on the second ring so they would have to listen to part of my message.  I can't say for sure if that stopped them, but at least I didn't have to listen to the phone ring, and it sure is nice to have peace and quiet again.

We've gotten calls from this number up to 15 times per day, sometimes 3 times in 5 minutes. Never leaves a message. A few times we have answered, only to be hung up on. Hard to believe this kind of phone harassment is legal.

This is not an ad but Hello Direct sells a gadget also available from www.person-to-person.net which blocks these calls as long as you have caller ID. Works for me.

They call and call - 27 times today.  It is beyond annoying and is really harassment.  I called back three days ago and entered my number to be removed but the number of calls actually INCREASED.  Don't make the mistake I made and give them your number because then they know it is a working number.  Call block doesn't work either.  ARGH!

Called my house more than 11 times, finally answered at 8:58pm, it was the Clear Water Campaign asking for a vote. Needless to say I didn't hear anything after that.

This number shows up on Caller ID at least ten times per day.  When I am homeI do not answer because I know it is a telemarketer.

I received several calls from 866-346-2645, I finally called them back to get to the bottom of the constant calls. Turns out it's a political awareness voice mail, you can enter your number to have it removed.

Repeated calls from 866-346-2645.  Never leaves a message.

They called my house 6 times this afternoon.  No message left.

What is this all about?

Got a call from WMSS about a Ford Explorer or $25,000. I did not call them back.

Number has called and called and called; every 20 min. beginning at 5 p.m. on weekdays till 8:30 p.m. and throughout the day on weekends. When I answer, ask for a person that doesn't live at my house.
