Their phone calls are harrassment plain and simple. They don't say who they are calling for - only a personal business matter or at times have said it's a classified matter. If anyone can get them to stop, I would be forever grateful
Similar harassment, but I have no outstanding debt. I wasn't in their database (they were asking for someone who doesn't live here). I asked them to stop calling with no effect. They're lucky they're in India.
These people call my mom seven days a week--sometimes twice a day. I know they're trying to collect a debt, but this is harrassment. I don't know of any debt collection agency that calls on the weekends, too. When I asked for his name (I know his voice now) he told me his name was Steve Johnson. I asked for his supervisor's name and he hesitated for about five seconds, then he said her name was Ms. Valentine. These are foreign people (possibly from India). I called the number this morning, and he introduced himself as Sid Matthews. I don't know why they are using fake names and I don't know who they are trying to collect the money for. But, they need to be stopped.
