I got a call at 9 a.m. on March 11th from someone claimng to be looking for my ex-husband from Natale law firm. He gave the name of Randy, but did not disclose his last name. He asked if my ex-husband still lived on (correct st. name) I informed him yes, and asked what the call was about...was it about his ***her, who has just passed away. He said, no...I cannot discuss the details with you. He asked for a phone number, which did not/could not provide. I did say I would pass the message on if I saw him, but so****ing did not seem quite right. Lawyer's offices are not usually so vauge. I entered the law firm name inform ationi into Google, and found this site. My ex-husband does owe citifinacial a small amount, and is out of work, so like the above lady, if is futile to attempt to recover at this time. I am the only person with the same name in the phone book, so hopefully they do not continue calling and harrassing me for so****ing that is not my concern. Perhaps my posting in this blog will save someone else from this nonsence. If anyone gets a call from them, I would advise them to just say they have no idea where the person is, or even that they do not know them. Perhaps that would help. Also, I checked with my lawyer...and they do NOT look for people by telephone that way...they do it through the post office going with the last known mailing address for that person.
