It's Clear wire. Absolutely the worst run customer service. Month and a half trying to get an equipment return label.. 3 hours phone time. They still call several times a day and even tried to get money from my account for the equipment awaiting return. Hope they go bust..
received a message on our voicemail that says. "This is Michelle at the Federal Trade Comission, please call me at 866-363-5421, we have a package for you from American Family Publishers." Glad we snooped on the internet before we called the number. We haven't entered any sweepstakes or anyhting and thought the Fed Trade Comission goes after shady companys, didn't know why they would be calling us.If they give you a second number
Two calls to my place of work. First call from a woman who mumbled her name and claimed to be calling from a law firm. Second call from Nicholas Smith wanting a return call before the close of business today.
A person named Craig called to verify the address and phone number of my sallie mae loan. Since I am very skeptical about giving out personal information, I just asked him for his name and phone number and I will call back. I called Sallie Mae at 888 272-5543 and verifyed my info. I called 4 times back the original number and ***ody answers. I wonder if it is related to certain kind of scam. Be carefull !
