Credit Card Banking
This number is from a company claiming to be named "HDC Recovery", a debt collection agency. They knew my name, phone number and the last 4 of my SSN. After requesting to validate the debt, per federal law, they refused. They claimed the creditor would have to submit this do***entation. I decided to pry some more. I confirmed with the person I was speaking to that they are in fact a debt collection agency, they are trying to collect the debt, and they actually own the debt. By stating they cannot validate the debt, they are in violation of federal law. That's why I believe this number is spam and a scam.
An ancient scary voice said my name and then, "Aye, yeh, yeh"

866-372-8529 calls but ***ody is there.
This number is from a collection agency -- KCAFS.com is their website. They will not discuss information with anyone but the party they are trying to reach. Unfortunate for them, as the person they are trying to reach does not speak due to disabilities.
