HRB??? I have received 2 such calls from the same number. The first time I answered the call. I asked why she needed that information and why she was calling. She told me that she was calling either because there was an error on my tax forms or it was simply a courtesy call. Why did she not know the reason for her call?She did tell me that she was calling from the Kansas City HQ office and said I should call my tax preparer to see what the problem was. I did contact my tax preparer, and she said she did not know why anyone from HRB HQ would be calling me.Further, I know for a fact that my forms have NOT been filed with the IRS yet. So there is no known error, at least not yet.I received a 2nd call yes****ay from the same number. It left a message on my answering ma****e; I will not return the call.
