Leave a CommentThey wanted to make arrangements for a case involving our home and gave us a case number that in no way resembles case/docket numbers used in Ft. Lauderdale courts.
Said that they had a judgment on the property and we needed to call back. Called our daughter to track us down. Called the number that they left - 866-499-3644 / 707-908-9864 (Sammy Garcia). Called the 866 number and they said it was ***berland &****ociates in LA.
Said I had a civil judgement but would not tell me for what and wanted me to call back to talk about it.
