Unsolicited and instrusive calls are so annoying. I do not believe anyone should be able to solicit business/opinions etc. via my personal telephone account. I pay for it not them. Perhaps a chargeback systems should be implemented where by each unsolicited call automatically costs the caller $10.00, payable to the telephone account holder they are intruding upon???

Message from this number says 'If you are over 18 press 1, if not press 2.  I just deleted the message without responding.

Same nuisance calls as mentioned here. Begins with the "if you are a registered voter over 18" line. I never answer these and never will. As mentioned in another post, if I ever find out a political party is behind these calls, they'll pay the price with my vote.

Automated political survey dialer as mentioned by others. Calls me multiple times a night, multiple days in a row. Called the number, but it just asks the same survey. They provide NO number to talk to a real human and NO way to get off their phone list. If I find out what political party put them up to this, I'll be sure to vote for someone else.

Automated dialer (This is Bannatyne Research... survey... a few minutes of your time...). Three such calls within a 1/2-hour. I ***g up -- I wasn't going to waste my time waiting for a human to come on the line (especially as doing so, I suspect, indicates a willingness to take the survey). I am REALLY annoyed that "survey" firms are exempt from the No Not Call registry. Shows money/bribery/... counts more than the rights of the public.
