This guy is from a collection agency. Just call the State Attrorney General's Office and file a complaint and do the same with the Federal Trade Commission. If you are a private citizen, you can file a civil action with the local courthouse and get a retraining odred from the local District Attorneys's office. Save those messages though, they are great evidence. There are other resources you can use but you may want to consult your legal counsel.
I was given this number to get back in touch with this company but it turned out to be a fax number. I have no way to get in touch with them. Are they ligitament? The person speaking to me was able to recall personal information about me! The person speaking to me sounded like he was from an India descent.
Call came in from Zahida, with Dunn and ***dstreet wanting to talk about some business credit report. Seems totally bogus.
I have an email message with the voice mail one of their employees left on my ma****e. I spoke with Karlin today and she ****ed up on me telling me that she is from the law offices. i think this could be a class action case.
