My story is the same as all the above. I went on online to ask for payday loan when it got to the part that asked for my bank account # I decided it wasn't such a good idea so I stopped and closed the page. Well my info. must of went on cause the same amount $31.98 s****ed showing up on my statements. I called the # and same thing was put on hold FOREVER and told to send police report. Did that, then was told to have the officer call, he did then I was told the IP address proves I authorized payment. I'm going to the bank on Monday.
