I call at work today about 4:30pm. He talked in circles. Kept giving me a case # and phone and said have you got that. I asked several time who is thiswas and what company are you with? He just kept saying he was from legal and I was being served. Very rude. I have no idea who or what. I will not blindly pay out any money. If they were real they would not have a problem telling me requested in info. Phone no was 866-578-9378. I am sure this is a scam. I have been getting calls on and off like this since about oct 2010. I have reported this to The FTC and will be calling them back with an update.
