Wells Fargo Auto Finance. Called to repo my truck. Problems is I don't have a loan with them and never have. I've told them this but they insist on calling me. I don't even know the person their asking for
I call at work today about 4:30pm. He talked in circles. Kept giving me a case # and phone and said have you got that. I asked several time who is thiswas and what company are you with? He just kept saying he was from legal and I was being served. Very rude. I have no idea who or what. I will not blindly pay out any money. If they were real they would not have a problem telling me requested in info. Phone no was 866-578-9378. I am sure this is a scam. I have been getting calls on and off like this since about oct 2010. I have reported this to The FTC and will be calling them back with an update.

I keep receiving calls on my cell phone from this number. When I did pick up, no one answered. I don't know how they got my number but I wish that they would stop calling.

Have gotten a VM every day since I got a new cell phone. Sometimes it says caller unknown, others times it shows up as 770-319-1511. When I called the number, 866-578-4769, I was automatically put on hold.
