calls then ****s up repeatedly. probably some poor sad sack that thinks he/she is on to so****ing. the world is full of fools and lunies. When they call a***n have your carrier ready for a trace or contact the FCC for a solution. They do lock these people up for this sort of thing, even the parents of children that think it's funny to waste other people's time and money.

Number calls my personal cell phone 2 or 3 times a day and no one is on the other line when i answer. Every time i call back i get a busy signal. STOP !

Strange calls from this number have been made to my phone. After several attempts to return the call, a woman answers and speaks quickly then ****s up. Its annoying.

I have received several calls in the last few days from different 866 numbers about want my number removed from their database(s).

they fool u into free magazines and diamond watch and later on say u ll be charged 3.99$ per week for 60 months with no cancellation policy. u have to shout on top of ur voice to keep the phone down or they keep on continuing.

Numerous calls that wont stop

September 10, 2008: Received two calls from this number. First one at 1:20P. No one was on the other end. This same number phoned a***n at 5:06P. I don't know who these folks are, but they had a new number today. It must be the same folks

Called twice yes****ay. No response when answered.

866-614-8878 has called every night this week @ the same time 8:30 p.m. no one is on the line, when I call back the line is busy.

The guy called was very rude, stating that I won some sort of sweepstakes that I entered (I never did) I begged to have my number off the calling list and he refused saying that why would I want it off the list if entered the sweepstakes with it....so annoying

The number appears on my caller ID on my cell phone. When I answer the phone no one is there. I attempted to call back and got a busy signal.

This number has called me 12 times today. I have been at work so i don't answer. I just called them back and got an immediate busy signal. This is **** and needs to stop before i lose my job.

I've had 14 missed calls from this number, and they times I have answered, no one was there. I had the same thing happen to me, too--I called the number and it was a fast busy signal. I'm on the do not call list, so if this is a telemarketer, they need to leave me alone when I'm trying to sleep!!!

I have recieved about 18 phone calls in about 1 week from this number, Someone screaming on the phone who doesnt speak english.Male voice sounds Middle Eastern maybe? Just screams I tryed nicely to explaine I do not understand what language he is speaking he just gets louder and louder untill I **** up. I googled the number it says it a AllTell comunications number, Please if you can help this is very distressing and very annoying. thank you.

I have gotten 3 or 4 calls in the last day or so on my cell phone from 866.614.8878. I told them to stop calling me and to put me on their "do not call list". It hasn't worked so far.

They just call, when I answer they **** up. Then it's always busy. They are interrupting my day constantly. It's at least phone abuse if not harrasment!!!
