Chris I have received calls 3x over the past month from this number stating they have not spoken to me and they need to before this matter is handed over. I have called them back each time and played their little game. Then I request a letter on their letterhead be sent to my home address and of course they refuse, because they know it is a felony to sent so****ing via the postal service if it is not legitimate. Then today I informed them that legally once I inform them they are contacting me via my cell phone, they can no longer call me and the rep stated they will continue to call me because a cell phone is a luxury. I told him in not so many words that he needs to learn the law. They are big time scam artists. Don't fall for their scare tactics, don't give them information, and stand up for yourself!
In my case it was NOT fraudulent. Upon checking with my Credit Union I found it was legitimate.

Automated call back system calls regularly in the morning and leaves a number to call back. They are regularly disturbing us.
they call my home 6 times a day!! Then they **** up!!
This place called me up just afew minutes ago. The phone isn't in my name, and I have never in my life given this phone number as mine. I didn't recognize it as someone I know, so I let it ring through to the ma****e. The ***** (male) on the message didn't know how an answering ma****e works. I hear a bunch of gibberish, as there are more than one person talking at once, presumably in the process of ****ing off others besides myself. The voice on the message addressed me by name. How he managed to get my name, is a mystery."Hello? Christopher?"I wish there was a way to identify who gave these annoying people the contact information. I'd like to sue them. Oh, maybe that's why they hide it.My solution to telemarketers: Let's form a national organization, and agree en masse to boycott any store or service that makes use of offensive telemarketers. They will not care about individuals, the law doesn't stop them, so all we have to threaten them with is a huge c***k of revenue loss. What do you think of that?
