***** SCAM ***** Called on my cell phone and left voice mail. Claimed to be Heather Quinn? from Gregg County wanting me to contact the legal department at this number about legal actions that are being filed a***nst me or else they will have to make a decision about the case without me. Note that county (government) offices do not make calls to cell phone numbers to notify you regarding any legal actions being filed a***nst you. That would be done legally thru a court summons either mailed to you, delivered in person by a constable or appointed court staff, or by a public notice posted in your local newspaper.

Wtf She left a voicemail, does not say what company she supposedly works for. She also was supposedly calling about my unsecured debt and needing to go over the new terms. So sick of these scams, I can’t wait for karma to catch up.

Me It's Delve Market Research. They keep calling me and asking for the person who had this (work) number before me. I have asked them SIX TIMES over the past eight months to remove the number and yet they continue calling. Fed up!

Caller spoke in spanish language, I told them they were calling a private cell number but they kept calling back on the same day.
Caller said her name was Sheniqua from Federated investments and wanted to speak to either me or my wife. She knew both our names. She was calling to inquire about our proxy voting card and why we didn't mail it in yet. I told her that my wife handles that information and was not available right now. She asked me what time could she call back and, before I could had a chance to answer, she ***g up. The caller had a very unprofessional phone demeanor, and seemed to be very young, perhaps still a teenager.
