Anonymous This is a scam. They claim to be processing applications for student loan forgiveness for the federal government. When you question them, they get rude, hang up on you, and block your number.

Anonymous They called me with a local phone #928-371-1643. The message was about receiving my student loan refunded. Then they told me to call them with the # 866-758-0636. I did NOT call them back; I just looked it up both numbers on BeenVerified. SPAM I would NEVER call one of these "hooks" back.

College student Probably trying to get colleges students finance bail out checks. They say they're ***ociated with some bailout program but don't believe them. I only gave them my name and ask who they were. When they were explaining theirs lies, I asked how they got my information, they ended the call and hung up quick. If they had any info other then what they would buy off a calling list, they'd l9ok up an account that you wouldn't have to give the number to plus they'd have no problem telling you where they got your info because it would be on the up and up

Had my name, number and said they were from First source a free service to see if qualify for free services and prequalify. Called from (662) 291-6834 Holly Springs but left 866-758-1358 to return call and was given a claim number when returning call.

Walter I'm getting robo calls from 866-758-7081. The identify themselves as Comcast and say they want payment for cable service. The problem is I've never had cable in my life. No onecomes on the line if you push button to talk. All you get is dial tone.

Rhonda These people called my company and told them they had some papers to file against me. The person they spoke with at my employeer said they sounded shady but wanted to pas the info over to me. They did not give a compnay name only the phone number and what they called a docket number. I called the number and they would not give me any information without me giving them my social security number which I would not do.

keeps calling me insisting that i had a loan with a company and didnt repay the loan, now my check bounced, but wouldnt give me the date of the loan or the check but it was 3 yrs old or so...never had a checking acct...haha...but...in any case would settle for $200 right now but not with a debit card wire transfer...only a green dot money packet...scammmm!!!...I smelled a rat...but must admit i was terrified when he said he was gonna serve me with papers for a bad check...so im not the only one i see...ur gonna get caught!!!!Scammers!!!! Mark Gregg my wife is also getting calls from this guy... don't answer. Called the FBI as this person has stated to her that he was a US Treasury officer. She was told they know about this same guy and already have him in view and know who he is. Nice job!!

I received a similar call. It was a man claiming that my social was tied to a fraud investigation and the I needed to pay up $600 from a loan I never paid back. I verified with my bank and creditors to see if there was a loan I missed and it never existed. According to the callee if I didn't pay the loan I would be arrested but nothing ever happened. Scam!

Sharon Kintzele This number has been calling my cell phone as well as my job for the past 6 months. It stopped for a short time, then resumed this month with a vengeance. It is a man as well as a woman, (mainly the man calls) telling me that my social security number has been connected with a fraud investigation. On Monday, they called my job and jammed the phone lines for 15 minutes, asking for me first, then my boss. They keep telling me that they will send papers to my boss showing my "fraudulent activity." I have no idea what they are talking about, but I am concerned that I could lose my job if this gets out of hand.

I'm constantly getting these unsolicited phone calls even though I am on the national do not call list.  But I love having fun with them by answering with " Hello, Pizza Hut may I take your order....excuse me.....I'm sorry but there is nobody by that name working here. May I take your order. We're having a two for one special on any size Hawaiian Pizza today, would you like to try one?  They generally, laugh say I'm sorry I must have the wrong number then hang up.  I love it and do this to all 1-800 etc numbers.  Even if they try again I'll repeat my Pizza Hut greeting thing.  Enjoy..

Received numerous calls from them.  Usually I don't pick up, and then call the number back.  Same as reported before that it is BofA with a special offer.  This time I picked up and didn't say a word.  Finally a woman came on from FIA Card Services which I do have a card with.  I asked them why they had called my house so many times and not left a message; to which I got a witty reply that 'she' has not called me multiple times.  I told them that if this was in regard to a solicitation that I am not interested and not to call back.  Is there any way of getting yourself excluded from solicitation lists of companies you do business with?
