All of the above comments are correct. I won't repeat my story. I have my phone on speaker phone right now waiting for a supervisor. I too never received anything from this company and had bank charges.

Well, I see I'm not the only one ripped off by these scammers.  I ordered the free trial offer on Dec. 16 and I received the two bottles of "junk" on January 14!  How was I supposed to cancel within 15 days from the day I ordered???  My bank statement shows that they charged me $87.13 on December 18 and $87.13 a***n on December 22, before I even received my "free" sample.  My bank is doing a charge back to them because I haven't been able to get any of their supposed phone numbers to work so I can talk to a live person, and I don't know how to get to their live chat.  I've also filed a complaint here https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx, and with the FL State Attorney General's office.  This is bank fraud, mail fraud and internet fraud.

I placed my Order for the Acai Berry Detox on Jan 18 and still have not recieved anything. Now I am very upset because I have been reading these trials for this company being a scam. I can't afford this $87 taken out of my bank account monthly. I have not been charged just yet for the $87, so I called the compny number and could not get through and I tried at least a dozen times. I wait and wait with this crazy music and nothing until finally I am disconnected. What do I do now????

They count the 15 days from the day you make the purchase. I ordered it in the 7th, the envelope they mailed it in is dated on the 16th, yet they charged me the 87 dollars on the 27th. When I called on the 30th to cancel, they told me it was outside the 15 day and per the agreement blah blah blah. So I asked if what she was telling me was that I neede to take this up with the Better Business Bureau and my bank's fraud department. Then she stated she would put in a request to the refund department and that I should wait for an email. I will see.....

Mid-December I ordered a sample of the Acai Berry Detox and supposedly had to pay only $3.95 for shipping/handling.  I forgot about it until I printed out a copy of my bank statement on 1/22/09 and had two seperate charges for $87.13.  One was billed on Jan. 2 and the other on Jan. 20.  I immediately called the company and did speak to a man who was very rude and indicated that he would email his refund department who would in turn email me with refund information.  He said to call back if I had not received an email from them within 5 days.  In the meantime, my bank indicated that if I had not received a refund from them in 1 week that they would do a "charge-back" to them. I used my debit card as a credit card so charges go direct to my bank, not a credit card company...I called a***n today and a woman who could barely speak English answered and did alot of babbling as I tried to explain to her that if I had not heard from her by tomorrow a "charge-back"  would be made to them.  She said that she contacted her refund department that it was important to get back to me asap.  I am sure that I will not hear from them and I WILL pursue this until I am refunded my money...do NOT purchase anything from any of these Acai Berry internet sites - it appears they are all a rip off.

i just received my charge bill,and i see that i have been charged $3.95 for a so called free trial of the "AcaiBerry" plus they charged my account $87.13,i have tried to called these ph numbers,all i get is a voice saying "you have reached a non working number" 1 866 949 0138, and the other number 1 866 870 0692,that voice says the mail box is full,can't receive any more calls.

I tried calling the number and got sick of listening to music for a half hour.  They are a bunch of very s****ed liars they have hired to work these phone lines.  Don't bother wasting your time on phone calls with liars at the other end.  Work with your credit card company to dispute the charges as fraudulent and then immediately close your account.  The only surprise is when they try to charge your account every five days, they won't be able to.  It disgusts me that there are actually places like this that get a license to operate a business.  They have racked up over $300 on my account in less than 30 days.

I have been calling this number for a couple of weeks now and everytime I get the same voice with a different name.  I'm on hold now waiting for the supervisor I'm never going to speak to and the funny thing is, I didn't give the girl my information; email address, physical address, nothing.  She knows my voice I've spoken to her so many times, she said "is this.....please hold" then came back and quoted me my email address.  Regardless of what Pearl, Joan, Kim (all in one) says, IT IS DEFINITELY A SCAM. I cancelled my subscription within the timeframe and they deducted from my account anyway.  Now it's like pulling teeth to get it back.  They keep telling me it was deposited but can't give me numbers, dates anything and that's because they don't have any intentions on refunding it.

This is a company called "FWM LABORATORIES" according to their answering ma****e.  They solicit people to buy their acaiberry diet **** by offering a free trial bottle if you pay the S&H...  I have never received the free Acaiberry Detox the website indicated: However, today I received a bottle almost 2 months after the order for the free stuff...  called and AFTER 23 MINUTES ON HOLD got a guy that couldn't speak english very well..  said he was in Florida...  Told him I never rec'd the free bottle and wanted clarification as to whether or not this was it or some sort of subscription... he said that this was the subscription and that since I hadn't cancelled after the "15 day period", that I was liable.  had him cancel any sort of subscription and told him I wanted a credit to my account since this was the belated free bottle.  He insisted that the terms of the order require me to cancel within 15 days or pay the full price... I indicated that since the purpose of the free bottle as to let me try it and induce me to continue based upon it's positibve results, they could not s**** the 15 day period until I had rec'd the first bottle...  he said "no" so I asked to speak to his supervisor, and asked for the supervisor's name.  He said her name was "M*****N TARKER" and that he would transfer me to her phone and that it might be a few minutes... AFTER 52 MINUTES, I ***G UP...  DIALED BACK ON A CHEAPER PHONE AND WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR THE ANSWER.. GOT THE SAME GUY, BUT HE COULDN'T REMEMBER ME...  TOLD HIM TO TRANSFER ME TO THE SUPERVISOR AND TO GO TO HER DESK AND LET HER KNOW THAT I WAS A***N HOLDING AND WOULD BE FILING FRAUD CHARGES WITH THE CC COMPANY IN THE MORNING... It's been 30 minutes and still getting torturous music on hold.  THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT THERE IS NO AGREEMENT IF THEY DON'T FULFILL THEIR PART BY DELIVERING THE FREE BOTTLE IN A TIMELY BASIS SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY TEST IT...  UNDER CONTRACT LAW, THERE WAS NEVER A MEETING OF THE MINDS....

This is a scam that a family (a couple) lives one dollar a day (eating only **x) and lost ** pounds. I have never received the Acaiberry Detox the website indicated: $3.95 for a can of detox dietary supplement. Instead, my credit card was charged $87.13 monthly.Be carefull!I called the number 866-949-0138 and was waiting forever. Then, I requested "DISPUTE" the charges.

This is a scam...I never received my free trial...free + shipping and handling...Or the product that they charged my bank card $87.13 for...No problem..I turned it over to my banks  fraud department...besides that,You can buy the same acai berry at walmart for under 10.00.

I did read the terms and conditions and was well aware of the trial period agreement.  You get 14 or 15 days from the day you place your order and need to cancel with in this time frame if you do not want further shipments at $80+/every 30 days.  I did not receive my product until the 11th day.  This does not give a person enough time to test the product.  When I tried calling this phone number from my cell phone I got a recording that directed me to call my wireless provided.  I think this is a scam.  I did get through on my home phone and requested to cancel.  Hopefull it does get cancelled.  What seems weird is that my cancellation number and member number are the same.  I was told that all transactions use the same number????

I have called this number several times to find out about overcharges and all I am getting is elevator music. No one ever answers. W***ver this is seems to have a great scam going on!

I also just found this phone number on my bank statement and have been billed twice.  I called the company who will only state over and over that I signed up for their "subscription" and failed to cancel within their free trial and that I should have read the terms and conditions.  I asked many times, subscription to what and they would not answer.  They gave me a website that does not work and refused to give me to a supervisor or anyone who could answer my question. I spoke very slowly and asked what was I supposed to receive for $175, she said check the website.

placed an order - I called the number listed on my bank statement and the recording states they are having difficulty until 12:00 pm EST. I've also been over charged for the purchase.
