Anonymous They go by Jennifer and/or Josh. They are pretending to be customer service for YouTube TV. They are 100% frauds.

Anonymous Called me to report a problem with a credit union bank card charge. I do not have such a card. I suspect this is a scam to get me to call back.

This number is used for fraudulent purposes. Trying to get us to call back on fake credit card charges to automatically renew Norton software for 3 years for almost $400. I do not use Norton.

SSI fake scam

A $200 Amazon card was purchased and my account has been compromised.

Premiere Bank Card. I don't even have a card from w***ver this place is! I've gotten at least 10 calls, some with slightly different numbers but they ALL resolve to this 1-866 number! STOP!!!

Got a call today from it, ***g up as soon I answered. If it is from Statesman Journal like B said, I know I've gotten calls from them that did the same thing (different number) and then ***g up so after the 3rd time I called back and it turned out it was Statesman Journal, said it was their automatic dialer that does that.

They've called my cell 3x never left a message as to who they were or what it pertained to. I returned a call yes****ay, but was asked to hold for an agent so I immediately ***g up my phone. They seem to be shady and unprofessional.

Had a call just a few minutes ago, (866) 949-5787, didn't leave a message. I called the number back and it prompted, "please hold for the next available operator". It clicked 3 times and then ***g up on me. I called back and got a female and asked who was this. Right off the the bat they asked for my SSN, home address, etc. I asked why did she need that, she repeated the my mobile number back to me so she had that to look up. I explained that if she could not identify the company, not to call back or I will file a FCC complaint. The only thing I owe is a school loan and that's with sallie who said that my acct is good! But I do consulting work and it could be so****ing else!

Charge of $1.17 showed up in bank account on 4/21 and then on 4/24 another charge of $45.17.  This cannot be done legally!  Evidently phished over internet.

The firm with this phone number is booking off money every month from my credit card account. I do knot know which firm it is. I****ume a internet site. I must have become a member without knowing

Threatening to 'serve' my husband and I for a daughter we don't have. He gave his name as Mr. Goldstein, gives the case number, the last 4 social, our home address and both our names.  This woman is not our daughter nor any relation at all.  How they got our number, they won't say. But, supposedly, it's been removed from their system.  When I called, it sounded like they said FJZ or FGZ

I received a call from this "collection" agency stating that I owed them $6000.00 for a visa that was opened in 2002 with Fleet Bank.  I have never herd of Fleet Bank nor have I ever had a credit card through them. I have delt with one bank in my life and know it is not Fleet Bank.  The lady refused to give me her name, or give me any other information except for the fact that I was now under investigation for credit fraud and would be hearing from legal officials about this matter.  Once doing a little research on this company I now know.  I will be talking to my lawyer as I have seen several law suits placed a***nst them for this issue

Received call from David West saying I had to call back due to a file under legal investigation.Looked them up so far these people sound like a really big scam.

I got a call from that same number and I called them back. It was a health insurance company, They told me the fbi was involved with finding out who really did the calling because it was not them.

they asked for my social security number...They seemed like a scam....

been getting calls from this number 2 to 3 times a week for a month or two now...have never answered it but always leave the same message.  "regarding a serious financial matter"  Not sure how to make them stop.

All of the above comments are correct. I won't repeat my story. I have my phone on speaker phone right now waiting for a supervisor. I too never received anything from this company and had bank charges.

Don ***dley called saying there is a pending civil case and that there was 72 hours to respond or they were going to serve papers in court.
