Threatening to 'serve' my husband and I for a daughter we don't have. He gave his name as Mr. Goldstein, gives the case number, the last 4 social, our home address and both our names.  This woman is not our daughter nor any relation at all.  How they got our number, they won't say. But, supposedly, it's been removed from their system.  When I called, it sounded like they said FJZ or FGZ

This really is getting ridiculous. They have been calling for over four months, and everytime they say "if you do not contact us within 48 hours, you will recieve a summons from your Sheriff's Dept..."Then do it already! This is getting out of hand; they call at all hours of the day, and call repeatedly (I don't answer the call). I have been unemployed for four months, and am surviving off of Unemployment and Food Stamps... this really is adding to my stress. I have already filed a complaint a***nst them. Is there anything else I can do? I want these calls to end.

This caller mentioned so****ing about a Visa card that wasn't paid, I told him that he had the wrong person, but insisted that he had the right person, all he asked about was a name, no other info, then he went into a hard pitch trying to make a decision about a situation I knew nothing about, so I called his bluff, mentioning that he was a fraud and a scammer and he ***g up.
