Same story...15 day trial period, but you =DO NOT receive the product until after the trial period then your cc is charged mine 86.42 and 79.62. I was told it took up to 30 days to process that refund. First tho I sent product back with receipt tracking. Showed they received it back 11-14-09. They "said" they refunded monies on Dec 4 to CC. They told me to fax the postal receipt with tracking number and a letter stating problem and amounts which I did (of course I have a time line, all paper work and phone calls with agents personal ID #. Here it is 1-8-2010 and no money and they keep telling me on 12/4/09 they refunded money and it takes up to 30 days. Bank has searched and have no records...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WELLNESSLAB (866-967-4917) OR NATUREDETOX (866-988-5395) WAY OVERPRICED and a fraud company if you ask me...in process of legal action NOW!
It's from TrapCall - you or someone in your family signed up for i**** unblocks private calls by forwarding them to a 866 number and forwards them back to your cell with the real number.It uses 1 of your anytime minutes even if the call TrapCall unblocks is made during your Night & weekend minutes time. So you get charged 2 anytime minutes per unmasked call, when you go over that anytime minute limit you get charged for each extra minute you use (usually like 0.45/per min). Think this number is from GOAM Media, who has tried to bilk me out of money for a long time now. Caller asked for an ex employee, then accounts payable, then said he was wanting to put video of his granddaughter up on the internet to "make a lot of money". How can I report this where it can hurt them? I've reported them to the district attorney, and I see where the FTC is on them now.
I got a call from ROBERT at telephone# 866-967-8306. He won't give me any specific info except that he is trying to help me recover money that was stolen from me....the more questions I tried to ask, he kept getting angrier and would never answer my questions and finally ***g up on me.

I kept receiving calls from this number: 866-967-6746 for a person that didn't live here! After many times of explaining, I'm very anxious for them to wakeup and stop calling! I'm about to call consumer protection as my research say they are a collection agency. This is why they are agressive callers.
