Same story...15 day trial period, but you =DO NOT receive the product until after the trial period then your cc is charged mine 86.42 and 79.62.  I was told it took up to 30 days to process that refund.  First tho I sent product back with receipt tracking.  Showed they received it back 11-14-09. They "said" they refunded monies on Dec 4 to CC.  They told me to fax the postal receipt with tracking number and a letter stating problem and amounts which I did (of course I have a time line, all paper work and phone calls with agents personal ID #. Here it is 1-8-2010 and no money and they keep telling me on 12/4/09 they refunded money and it takes up to 30 days.  Bank has searched and have no records...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WELLNESSLAB (866-967-4917) OR NATUREDETOX (866-988-5395)  WAY OVERPRICED  and a fraud company if you ask me...in process of legal action NOW!

A charge posted on my CC account for Wellnesslab in the amount of $79.16.  When I called the number, they stated that nothing had been charged to that CC# BECAUSE.... back in August 2009, I DID order a $2.99 sample product that had a 'Free 15-Day Trial.'  Well and fine, but the trial period begins that date you requested the items.  This does not mean that you will have the item in you hands to trial for 15-days.  It took some 20-days to receive the product.  Prior to the 15-day trial end, I cancelled the account by waiting on 'Eternal Hold' (866-906-6551) and cancelling.  To my amazement, I received a bill on the CC for $87.83 (TWO DAYS PRIOR TO THEIR CONTRACTUAL BILLING AGREEMENT).  They began their credit process for me which should take 7-10 business days to post.  Never did!  Called back and sat on 'Eternal Hold' a***n and by then I was fuming!  They began the process a***n and took it to their "escalation team" for faster reimbur*****t.  This took them 8-days to finally post the credit to my card.  Now, some two months later, they have charged me a***n, but under this number.  So here we are, they admit to having cancelled the account under a totally different number and ignored my request for their name, phone number, employee ID and company address.  Can you spell SCAM!!!  They are playing legal loopholes with unsuspecting consumers like myself.  You would think that the professional images and reps they utilize would stand up and complain that their images are being dragged through the mud because of this.

This number keeps calling.
