sends text posing as a political hack

This was a missed call for me yes****ay Monday 12/11/2017 at around 3:30 pm MST. They left a voice message that said for me to return the call to 870-293-4430 urgently before legal action was taken a***nst. No other information was given ie: no name, no business name, no legal case number, and no other information as to what this was or is about. I am skeptical at returning the call since I do not know anything about who this or what they want from me.
