GBistate Stated that I had filled out an inquiry on-line regarding Pain and Pin Management and needed first my Insurance Company and my account number. As an IT consultant, I can say for certain that I would not have filled out anything on-line. Don't give them anything. SCAM!!!!

Claimed to be an officer but was a robot voice. I mean, come on, scammers, are you even trying?

nickkristy They left a voicemail which I know no professionals would do not knowing who got the message also they didn't say who the call was for stated a federal arrest warrant had been issued and to respond immediately and the number dialed back is always buisy I say its ********

Keep getting calls from this number even being on the don't call list still getting scam calls.
