Georgie These people call me several times a week from different phone numbers. A recorded message says they are card member services and to press #1 to lower my credit card interest rate or press #3 to be taken off the list. I have pressed #1 and asked them to take my cell phone number off the list. They said they would do this but have not. I have pressed #3 to have my phone number taken off the list but it has not. I get a call from them almost every day. When I try to call the number back I get a recording that the number is out of service.. How does this happen when I'm on the NO CALL LIST??
