Got call from 877-216-2138 stating that I miss part of my refund. I think it is a scam. I didn't call them back. Is not way that Turbo tax will give away our info. If they need to contact us will be by mail in case of any problem. I use turbo tax for many years, if you dobut contact directly to turbo tax and report this scam to them and any other authorities. In my message they didn't said they call from turbo tax, they just said they call for my taxes. How they can know how much I got and if that was correct or not without me giving the info, I though it was just a company offering tax services, or worst yet, a scam trying to get my info to defraud me.If you call them not give to them any personal info not matter what.

i get constant calls from this number and they say it is verizon.  I have caller id and do not answer so as not to use the minutes on my cell.  I owe Verizon NO money and this makes me mad that they bother me.  I will NEVER answer these calls.  The calls can all go to voice mail and Hades for all i care

Same $54.95 on my card.  I rarely check the charges on my accounts.  The only way I caught it was checking my other account and noticed a balance on our credit card that we have not had a balance on for years.  I racked my ***in trying to figure out what the charge was for and called the number in the info on my card and just got a voicemail box, so I called my credit card company and disputed the charge immediately.  I then googled the telpehone number and saw these comments.  If the credit card company does not issue me new cards I will likely request one.

I received a call at 9:28 pm on Monday June 15, 2009. A representative by the name of Jacob Smith with an Indian accent call and said that we had own $500 for grosories. I thought at first that maybe it was one of my family member, because of the time that it was. I ask for him to let me talk to his manager because of the hours that they were calling me. I was never mad at all but I ask why would they call so late, I continue by saying that it was a***nts the law to call after 9pm. I ask the manager what was his name he said it was Fernando Rodrigo, he had also an Indian accent and with a name and a last name that is more like a Spanish/hispanic/latino name. He then s****ed being offensive just cause I asked if this is true why would they call so late, then a woman graved the phone and I asked her why was the other representative offending me when I never had said a bad word to him, she too had an Indian accent. I did not wanted to **** up until they gave me an asnwer to why they were calling so late and she too s****ed being offensive in English and also in their own language, I wanted to see until when they were going to stop using faul language and after almost 30 minutes I ***g up.

Got a fake text message from 3697 saying I had a voicemail from suntrust and to call 877-216-9828. I have never had an account with suntrust. When you call it says your account is restricted and asks for your card number and PIN. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER! IT IS FRAUD! Banks will not protect you from fraud when the thief has your PIN number so be warned! This is a serious scam and I am reporting it to suntrust and the police today.
