Female voice stating that "thus is not a sales call" and instructing me to call back

Id's themselves as World Financial bank with personal finance info. Shows up on caller ID as unknown and gives this number as the call back number. It is a female recorded voice.

I just talked with someone with a thick accent and he told me they were located in India...I told them to remove my phone number from thier system. We will see...

Received a call from and a voice mall was left from a british sounding women's voice saying that they have an urgent personal business matter to discuss; not a sales call and were calling from World Financial Network National Bank.  My caller ID showed unknown as the caller.It was a legitimate call in my case. It was for a misplaced/unpaid Maurices bill. I believe that many times these companies work for more than one business and that is where it can get confusing. They should definately not being asking for anybody's credit card number or SSN. They should know what account they are calling for.  I did not call them; I simply figured out that I had not paid my Maurice's bill, went online to my account (which is operated by World Financial Network National Bank) and paid it online.

I am getting repeated phone calls from this number saying they are a bank and need me to call them back regarding a personal matter, that it is not a sales call. When you do dial the number they immediately want you to type in an account number.

Called them back and automated voice asked for 16 digit account number. Pushed star 3 times and a person answered and asked for my name. I asked where they located and they would not share this with me. I said it sounded like a scam and she asured me it wasn't and that it was being recorded. I said since she told me this I felt so much better and where are you located? She would not share the information and then asked me if I knew "terri". I said Terri who and then she said sorry and ***g up. Most definetly a scam!

I called them back and automated voice asked me to input account number. Don't know who they are.

They called and asked for the 16 digit card number and the last 4 digits of my ss number.

The automated call keeps telling me to call them back @ 877-223-6701 for national bank for personel business matters and not a bill. The number calls everyday between 2-4pm. Not going to call it back b/c I know I don't have any business problems with my bank and from the looks of other people's post it's a scam.

THis number also called me saying it was regarding a personal matter. When I called back they asked me for an account number(which I don't have) and the last four digits of my social security number. They said they were from wells financial national bank.

I kept getting automated calls from this number. Finally, I called back. I was asked for an account number (which I don't have) then after some time a person with a difficult Indian accent s****ed asking me for my full name, address, and social security number, which I declined to provide. I asked him why I was being contacted. His response was "give me the information I am asking for and I can tell you everything." I said no, tell me why you are calling first. He said he cannot without receiving my personal information first. I advised him I would report his number as a scam and ***g up. This is most obviously a personal iden***y theft scam - don't provide any personal information!

Called, I wasn't home and asked me to call this no. when I didn't they ask for my 16diget no. Of course I didn't put a no in for I didn't have any idea who this was. The voice sounded Engli****

have called 3 times now, telling ME to call back to this #.

Calls me every week, sometimes twice. Usually between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. central time. Been happening for a month or so now.

This number keeps calling my phone to have me call 1-877-223-6701

Said they were Wells Fargo and asked for my SS#. I did not give them my SS#. Once I mentioned I didn't trust the call they ***g up.
