Tiffany I have received the exact same phone call with the exact same message for 2 days in a row. The first call was from a different phone number, 877-629-9371. After doing a search (reverse) I found out that the number belongs to a construction company. This is the second time in 2 months that I've received strange calls including one from a "payday loan" collector... I've never used a payday loan. Be very aware of these types of calls, they are scams.
