Kristin He tried to get me to click a “credit report” link that he emailed me while advertising a home for rent. He had a Middle Eastern a cent, but said his name was David Miller. When I told him I don’t click on links sent through email, he said “it’s not a link, stupid.” I ended the call then.

Anonymous Calls me and family members claiming to be trying to serve me with a lawsuit wanting to verify whether I would be home at a certain time to sign for it. Phishing for name and address verification. Law firm contact information doesn’t match Google search.

Anonymous Number used as a bogus 'Capital One Fraud Detection Center' . Somehow they are getting the phone number of people that have recently called Capital One, then scammers call back with a 'follow up', and ask for lots more info, which they then immediately use to charge your card for purchases. 10 minutes between real call and phony call-back. Beware....

I received the same phone call from an Aaron Summers from Legal Caring Services - if this were a valid business I would be able to find them on the internet I would think

RPM This is NOT a law office. They are scammers that claim to have a summons and if I do not respond they will come to my place of employment or home within 24 hours, blah, blah. Typical scare tactics from debt collectors... ALWAYS ask for verification of debt if you call them back ...They are required by law to send you paperwork on a debt if you request it and they claim you owe them money. Just asking for verification of debt most times will stop them in their tracks.
