This company sent me a text saying "hiring in your area! Secret Shoppers Needed make up to $50 p/hr call 877####### now. Not happy to get calls like this even less to get a text!!!!!!
i got a txt message today about it...so i called because i was actually interested. I go through some music like im on hold. and then someone picks up and s****s asking if ive looked at their website..and i lied and said yes. so then she asked for my first and last name, my addresss, and phone number. i gave her my name, adress, and phone number :/ but when she asked me for my credit card number i told her i was going to check my email first before i procceed.so i **** up with her and check my email but no email which means its a scam. im a little nervous though because i did give them my name & address. but this "company" is DEF a SCAM.
called and asked for 2.95 one time registration fee, said they would send me an email. Told the person that i was at work and could not give that info he ***g up on me!
They were trying to get me to pay $50 a month just to be in there membership with a $2.75 registration fee
im glad i read this before i gave away my info !
Scam alert!! Do not give out any of your personal information to these people.
I am a secret shopper (thus why my name isn't spelled out). Companies do NOT text you to sign you up OR require a service fee to sign up. You contact them. Also, $50 an hour?? Remember: If it sounds too good to be true, it is!!
