Jim ya i got a call from them and called the number back. Yes it really is comcast and they are really helpful. They just show you the new updates that they have added. They connect to your screen and show you around there site. It was a really nice feature. I learned a lot of things that i didn't know that i got with comcast.

Oklahoma Apartments Had a guy call our Maint Department and talked them into sending them 40 "FREE" lights to try out. These light bulbs last over 1500 hours and are better than any other light on the market. Said there is no obligation. We got the lights as well as a bill for $423. Each bulb costs more than $10! Also said he would throw in a Walmart card which never came. Called him back and told him we are going to keep the free light bulbs, like he promised, and thanked him for the free toilet paper with $423 written all over it.
