Anonymous Left message saying her name was Amy and she was from AARP. Wanted to talk to us about Fraud and people trying to steal our investments. She said to call their Fraud Unit at 720-414-8908. Yet the number she was calling from was 877-908-3360 which comes up as a threat and scam.
877-908-7712 called 15 Sept 2021 at 4:29pm. "Hi there this is Jessica calling you from AT&T Direct TV. How are you doing today? Glad to hear that. Well Direct TV is offering 50% discount to all of its existing customers. Do you have a moment to speak so I can go ahead and apply the discounts on your account." Not a customer so not interested. Tired Of getting calls My Fiance has been getting phone calls from 877-908-8499 everyday, sometimes more and other times they use other numbers and it's not even his phone their calling it's mine. The man leaves messages stating it's a legal matter and he needs to call immediately and if he doesn't call back they will take these legal issues further. The problem is this: (1) They call at all hours on my phone. (2) They have stated on a message that they will file a lawsuit. (3) They have also given out personal information that DOES NOT belong to my fiance. (4) We are both disabled and they have done nothing but harass us. (5) My Fiance doesn't have any out standing debts. (6) They obviously have the wrong person if the personal information is correct. No wonder their is so much iden***y theft in the U.S because of ****** people that work for this company. I'm looking into getting our credit reports right now because I'm sick of people like this. There are laws and for every infraction they break they can be sued. I've never done it because I'm not the type to go around suing everyone but I'm tired of these people messing with people lives so I guess there's a first time for everything!
