(877) 908-8499

My Fiance has been getting phone calls from 877-908-8499 everyday, sometimes more and other times they use other numbers and it's not even his phone their calling it's mine. The man leaves messages stating it's a legal matter and he needs to call immediately and if he doesn't call back they will take these legal issues further. The problem is this: (1) They call at all hours on my phone. (2) They have stated on a message that they will file a lawsuit. (3) They have also given out personal information that DOES NOT belong to my fiance. (4) We are both disabled and they have done nothing but harass us. (5) My Fiance doesn't have any out standing debts. (6) They obviously have the wrong person if the personal information is correct. No wonder their is so much iden***y theft in the U.S because of ****** people that work for this company. I'm looking into getting our credit reports right now because I'm sick of people like this. There are laws and for every infraction they break they can be sued. I've never done it because I'm not the type to go around suing everyone but I'm tired of these people messing with people lives so I guess there's a first time for everything!

These people are very rude. They are involved with a scam trying to get people to pay on a debt that they do not owe. Thank contacted 1 of my family members because I have a very common name and tried to say they will be filing a lawsuit a***nst me if I did not pay on a debt that I do not owe . Then try to give you some bogus statement and say that you have a 2 hour time limit to contact them are they will be turning it over to law enforcement. What they do not know is that I am ex law enforcement officer. And I can tell you that the statements they gave me are totally false. I suggest that if you are contacted by these people you should try to record the conversation and turn it over to your state attorney general's office. You should also contact the FCC and file a formal complaint. Even if you did owe them a debt it is illegal the way they are trying to contact you and making threats a***nst you.

My research shows that 877-908-8499 is listed to NCS legal. When I call back the number, says the same thing. I called THREE times today, as ghetto people are answering the phone! They are exceptionally rude, won't give their names or give me a supervisor. I told one I would be filing a complaint with the Feds, she said "go ahead, they are probably looking for you!" I called the number on website for NCS legal. The girl there told me they have had this happen before. They don't use 877 numbers. Everyone! Please contact the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint! This is the fastest way to get so****ing done!
