they claimed a reoccuring microsoft bill of over $500. was charged to paypal account. wanted us to disclose information so false charge could be reversed. there was no charge to our account. we don’t have paypal.
Anonymous I received a text from (877) 999-6057 with an embedded video clip of President Joe Biden and requesting a donation.. When I checked with Been Verified, this number comes up with "Barton" as owner with no other identifying information. It doesn't appear to be an authentic site for a legitimate donation request. I've blocked it.
When I googled ATT LOYALTY number this came up. But I was suspect when I called it so I ***g up.
Caller stated they were represented Florida Power and Light and stated I was on a service disconnect for non-payment of account. I challenged the claim, I have proof of payment. I then called FP & L directly and it was verify I was on disconnect service list. I a***n told them I have proof of payment and check cashed and after being advised I would have to pay bill a***n and then be refunded the money, telephone call was disconnected by F P & L representative.

This ******* called at 8:02 am and I work nights...*****!
The messages above are all dated several months ago. He is still at it. Called me yes****ay and today and said my computer is sending out error messages that mean that it is downloading computer viruses. Says he is Mark from Fixmycomputer.com. He wanted me to press the window flag ****on and letter r so that he could show me what was going on in the background of my computer. (I****ume that would get the computer to "run" in order to run the program mentioned earlier.) He said that would show that he was legitimate. (Not really). He said he would then turn me over to a Microsoft Certified Technician who would get my computer running fine. I told him that if I had called him for advice I might be willing to work with him on the computer, but that because he called me, I really did not know enough about him to go into the computer with him. That I would go to my local computer person and make sure everything is fine. The call came while I was updating Microsoft Windows and the HP updates as well. I feel that one of those updates triggered this call. He may be legitimately fixing computer issues, but he is using Gorilla marketing to do it. Or, if he is illegally getting into people's computers under a guise with mal-intent, he should be stopped. It is very creepy to have someone call that way.
