I received a text from (877) 999-6057 with an embedded video clip of President Joe Biden and requesting a donation.. When I checked with Been Verified, this number comes up with "Barton" as owner with no other identifying information. It doesn't appear to be an authentic site for a legitimate donation request. I've blocked it.
