sounds like a scam to me I won't be parti****ting in this and I don't think anyone else should. we all got the same postcard saying the same thing and no one can find the "file a claim" page. I mean come on!!!THIS IS SO A SCAM NO ONE WILL RECEIVE MONEY!!

I recieved the same letter in the mail and I can not find their website neither

I didn't receive a phone call but I received a notice in the mail...I just went on the above website, and I was able to file a claim online.  I even received a confirmation number that my claim was received.

What is this? Scam or Phishing Debt Collection Agencies? And all for $10.00 per claimant. Not worth the hassle. Lawyers are getting all the "settlement". Beware of what sounds too good to be true!!! I got the notice in the mail, can't find the "how" to file online, I have ID locator #, there isn't a site for BrentSettlement, or a place to "file a claim". I say it's a SCAM.

I"m kinda confused, Is this a scam, & your telling me the lawyer firm that wrote me is a scam & not too Reply or just send in the Post card they send me?? Kinda have conflickting mess. Above?? That Ph. # is on my letter & says I can either sign up online or mail in the post card. What do you suggest i do? Don"t havemy own lawyer too talk too & currently can"t afford one! Sam, have you received a notice in the mail? According to the website www.brentsettlement.com, you need an online claim id that is provided on the postcard that is mailed with the notice. I received the notice and the postcard. I am still investigating and will probably consult my lawyer. Murray & Murray are the law firm named as class counsel. This information is available on the website named above.

I tried to find the find a claim form on line and could not.

The number is attached to BrentSettlement.com, alerting folks they are en***led to money if they parti****te in a class action lawsuit a***nst Midland Credit Management, a debt collector. Still investigating, however sounds like a clever fishing expedition by a debt collector. Be careful.

They called my cell today and did not leave a message.
