Contact the firm at 888-719-2456 with any questions or concerns regarding case number ######. No contact may result in a decision made perhaps without your consent." Call them and demanded I confirm my name and date of birth.
This guy claimed there was some kind of legal action concerning me.
Left me message regarding a legal complaint in their office. I called the number back with the case # and they asked me to confirm the last four digits of my SS# and I stated I will not and proceeded to curse them out for continuously leaving me messages knowing their a scam. He kept calling me rude an eventually ***g up the phone.
Caller left message with my name and DOB, requesting a call back with a case #. I tried the number and they asked to confirm my SSN to verify my iden***y, so I ***g up.
I got the same thing someone had a judgement a***nst me. Couldn't deliver mail. That's a lie. I'm home every day. Couldn't tell me who sent the papers
They called saying their was a complaint in their office that they would have to take legal action on. I could contact their firm with the case number. Of course I had to call back and Damian Harper answered this time (convenient same last name.) I asked the name of the firm and he asked for my case file number, I asked a***n for the name of the firm and he ***g up ?
Said his name is Damian and if i don’t call back regarding case # blah blah blah that a judgement would be filed a***nst me. Oh and he got my last name correct but not the first name.
